LAGGAN SPRING FLING DANCE - 25TH SEPT - 8PM to MIDNIGHT
A Spring Fling Dance will be held in the Laggan Memorial Hall on Saturday 25th September. Music will be provided by Mike Dobbs from Goulburn playing a wide range of popular Irish and Country tunes. Also the younger generation will have the opportunity to enjoy more modern music to bop along to. There’ll be a Bar on-site with an old fashioned supper too, so please bring a plate.
To date, funds raised from our monthly Markets have contributed enormously to internal renovations, however this dance is a major fundraiser towards an amenities block at the Hall. A multi-draw raffle at $2/ticket is being run in conjunction. The major prize is a $100 Dinner Voucher at Me’N Ewe, Crookwell and a 2nd draw of a framed photo from Jennifer Arnall, with various other donated prizes.
Admission is $10/adult, $30/family U/12’s free. Both raffle tickets and dance tickets will be available prior to the night at our next Laggan Market on September 18th.
So mark the date on your calendar and line up your family and friends for a great night out. It’ll be terrific to hear the Hall reverberate to the sounds of dance, fun and laughter for the first time in over 30 years.
